Head of Analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of the company’s analytical function including product, marketing and data engineering;

  • Manage the team of 5+ specialists in different areas (UA, Product Analytics) - participate in the recruitment and formation processes, hold 1x1 meetings, share the feedback, mentor, plan and prioritize of the team’s tasks;

  • Develop a culture of proactive search for insights to improve the  product and optimize marketing activities, provide valuable insights and recommendations to game development managers and teams;

  • Develop an own analytical infrastructure;

  • Create and implement the predictive models (LTV, retention, revenue);

  • Collect, analyze and interprete of the data related to the game process, user behavior, monetization and other important metrics;

  • A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of various features and changes in the game;

  • Cooperate closely with other departments of the company such as Development and Marketing;

  • Coordinate the interactions with external platforms and vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as Lead Analyst/Head of Analytics;

  • Experience in working with mobile games and knowledge of the casual mobile market (puzzles, match-3, casual);

  • Fluent in SQL, Python;

  • Experience with big data (10+ TB);

  • Deep understanding of product and marketing analytics;

  • Extensive experience of A/B-tests in different configurations;

  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics and analysis for working with data;

  • Experience in building mathematical models of project functioning, marketing and business in general;

  • Expertise in BI-systems (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik);

  • Experience with various task trackers and Confluence.
